We are an innovative global manufacturer of complex metal parts with high mechanical properties, specializing in investment, sand and prototyping casting solutions. We cast in a diverse range of alloys, including but not limited to titanium, aluminum, steel, irons and cobalt. We also offer production machining and additional supporting services such as assembly and NADCAP-certified NDT, all under one roof. PRODUCTS

Metal Casting Expertise: Over 40 years of experience in investment and sand casting. We cast using ferrous and non-ferrous materials, such as aluminum, stainless, low-alloy steels, irons, and copper/cobalt/nickel-base metals. We excel in complex part geometries and through our ABE (Aluminum Billet Equivalent) process can produce some of the strongest aluminum castings in the world.
Titanium Investment Casting: We cast complex metal parts using titanium for demanding applications, offering Australia’s first and only titanium vacuum melting capability. We cast in Ti 6-4 and Ti 6-2-4-2 alloys.
Precision Machining and Assembly: Our dedicated machine shop specializes in precision machining and assembly of complex, high-tolerance components. Utilizing 6, 5, 4, and 3-axis machining centers, we achieve exceptional accuracy with intricate geometries. We offer turnkey solutions, from tooling to finished, assembled parts made from castings or billets.
Prototyping: Since 2000, we have used 3D printing for rapid prototyping and small production runs. Leveraging CAD data, this tooling-free process delivers parts with mechanical properties equivalent to production castings, ideal for R&D and time-sensitive projects.
Supporting Services: Our supporting services include engineering and design (tooling, CFD, R&D), NDT (NATA/NADCAP certified), quality control (AS9100/ ISO 14001, ITAR compliant), tool & pattern making, heat treatment, and surface treatments (painting, plating, etc.).
