COMPANY OVERVIEW

Breaker develops AI agents that enable robots to operate as truly autonomous teammates. Our software allows a single operator to control multiple unmanned systems across all domains using natural voice commands, eliminating the need for screens and controllers. The platform-agnostic solution runs entirely onboard without cloud dependency, reducing operator cognitive load and electronic warfare vulnerability.

Currently deployed with special operations forces and defense organizations globally, Breaker’s technology breaks the traditional one-operator-per-robot limitation - allowing warfighters to remain heads-up and focused on their mission while commanding teams of autonomous systems simultaneously.

PRODUCTS

Platform-agnostic AI agent software that transforms unmanned systems into autonomous teammates, enabling single-operator control of multiple robots across all domains:

  • Understands operator intent, communicating with voice over push-to-talk radios, providing real-time, context-aware, human-like responses
  • Creates a self-organizing network of systems, where the leader robot delegates mission-aligned tasks and acts as POC for the entire team
  • Processes the context of the mission to govern offline decision-making and problem-solving. Operators can request a “plain-English” rationale of any decision at any time. Making decisions such as “Is this vehicle worth reporting?”
  • Detects, localizes, and tracks objects in 3D space, sharing detailed and missionspecific threat analysis across all assets in the team

This is far more than “voice control for drones”— it empowers robots to work alongside operators while they are completely heads-up, focused on their mission.

DISCRIMINATORS

Strategic:

  • Delivers plug-and-play capability on new or existing UxS that enables a single operator to project force through multiple autonomous systems with little to no operator training

Operational:

  • Enables company-sized effects with platoon-sized forces
  • Onboard AI agent using PTT radios significantly reduces operator exposure to EW attacks during operations, while offline problem-solving ensures operators can remain “heads up”

Tactical:

  • Operators talk to a single “leader robot” that provides conversational feedback, delivers real-time intelligence updates on demand, and proactively seeks better information to support mission objectives for the entire team—all without screens or controllers
