Kord Defence is a world leader in the provision of simple, push-button control solutions for operators in the defence, homeland security and law
enforcement markets.
Today’s frontline soldiers are required to carry numerous electronic devices and systems that often cause them to take their eyes and hands off task, thereby reducing their situational awareness, accuracy and responsiveness.
Kord’s patented push button control technology, called the Rifle Accessory Control Unit (RACU) System, provides soldiers with a fast, reliable and safe way of remotely operating their electronic devices from one central location on their weapon whilst being “Head up, Eyes on Target, Hands on Weapon”®.
Kord Defence, which is wholly owned by KordTech Pty Ltd, is headquartered in Canberra, Australia. Along with its sister companies, KordUSA Inc, ShotDot Pty Ltd, and ShotDot USA Inc, it forms part of the Kord Group.
Kord has extensive experience in developing smart and intuitive mobile interface technologies that can greatly improve soldier performance, lethality and safety.
