NTS has a long history of establishing and supporting training programs across the globe. For short-term initiatives (one-off training packages or short-term instructor support) NTS works with the client to verify the need, source the right personnel in country or from our global pool, and ensure seamless delivery of successful training packages. For longer-term efforts, NTS will allocate experienced Training project managers to oversee the delivery of complex learning packages or the establishment or upgrade of school houses to meet current global best practice. NTS will staff these efforts with experienced trainers and subject matter experts drawn from our global team and broader network.
