COMPANY OVERVIEW

Public Safety Training and Response Group is an Australia-based international provider of specialised public safety services, with capabilities spanning training, rescue support, drone operations, and helicopter services. Founded with a mission to enhance public safety outcomes across civilian, corporate, government, and military sectors, our organisation is committed to advancing best practices in emergency preparedness and response.

Through our network of strategic partners—including One Response International, which delivers private ambulance services across the United Kingdom and United States, as well as firefighting and specialist rescue training in the United States—we offer a truly global reach. Our mission is clear: to equip individuals, businesses, and communities with the skills to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies—and to provide critical support when lives are on the line. “We train people to save themselves—and rescue those who can’t.”

Our mission is clear: to equip individuals, businesses, and communities with the skills to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies—and to provide critical support when lives are on the line. “We train people to save themselves—and rescue those who can’t.”

PRODUCTS

We deliver a comprehensive suite of training programs and commercial response capabilities, including First Aid, CPR, Swiftwater Rescue, Drone Pilot Licensing, Helicopter Pilot Licensing, Rescue Operations, and a wide range of specialised competencies tailored to public safety and emergency response needs.

Aviation and Emergency Response

  • Our training programs equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to operate effectively within helicopter-based operations and the search and rescue sector. Designed to meet the specific demands of government, quasigovernment, and volunteer organisations, our courses deliver specialised search and rescue capabilities aligned with current regulations and industry standards.
  • As environmental disasters and global instability continue to rise, the intersection of search and rescue and emergency response has never been more critical. Comprehensive training for aircrew and pilots is essential to uphold the highest safety standards and ensure effective, coordinated response operations .

Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS)

Rapidly emerging as a leader in innovative Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) applications across Australia and internationally, we are actively shaping the future of drone integration in public safety and operational support. Our goal is to empower local governments and organisations to adopt RPAS technology for critical functions such as search and rescue, disaster mapping (pre- and postevent), vegetation management, biosecurity, and medical delivery.

First Aid

Emergency response involves a coordinated set of decisions and actions aimed at minimising the impact of disasters and preventing further loss of life or property. Guided by our “One Response” philosophy, we maintain a highly skilled team of expert responders, ready to manage and adapt to a wide spectrum of emergency situations with precision, speed, and professionalism.
