Complexity in Projects – The Role for Digital Engineering (DE)

• Shoal applies Systems Engineering (SE) and Modelling, Simulation and Analysis (MSA) to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities. We apply a Digital Engineering (DE) approach that combines Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and design, physics-based modelling and analysis, and the application of operational analysis techniques to enable complex, uncertain, and dynamic system challenges to be addressed.

Systems Engineering (SE)

• Using physics-based Modelling, Simulation, and Analysis (MSA), across descriptive, numerical, and analytical models, our team expertly supports the early design phase of complicated systems. The creation of representative models enables analysis of these systems, through simulations, to gain a deep understanding of system performance.
